Scope of Work Executed
Our team executed a meticulous plan following local Brunswick County coastal construction requirements, replacing deteriorated materials with premium modern options.
- New kitchen cabinets and layout, new pantry, granite countertops, new tile backsplash, and appliances
- Renovate four bathrooms with new vanities and countertops, all new plumbing fixtures, and custom tile conversions
- Repaired water damaged subflooring in multiple areas to guarantee foundational integrity
- Replaced all window/door trim and baseboards throughout with clean, coastal profiles
- Replaced flooring throughout the entire house with premium moisture-resistant solutions
- Replaced all 1st floor HVAC ductwork, insulation, and the carport ceiling
- Removed wallpaper, popcorn ceilings, and painted throughout the entire house
- Removed carpet stairs and replaced with premium oak treads and a new oak handrail
